Tate & Lyle has sent out a press release about the Top 5 Facts about Fiber. The press release highlights consumer attitudes toward fiber. As part of this media outreach, they've also launched their YouTube channel, TateandLyleAmericas, that features a 1.5 minute video from David Lewis discussing the fiber contents of the press release.
